Nimish Parekh MD
Dr. Nimish Parekh received his BA from Occidental College in 2006. From there he attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma's Health Science Center. After receiving his MD from OUHSC he completed his OB/GYN residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York.
Like many OB/GYNs he was drawn to this particular specialty because of the versatility within the field. One moment he may be in-clinic visiting with patients and the next in the operating room. He is especially passionate about teaching patients how to fully understand and take control of their health.
Dr. Parekh feels that every person’s health is unique and he strives to apply evidence-based knowledge to each individual situation. He hopes to create a comfortable environment for all patients at Northwest OBGYN.
